Impact: Wavenet will be carrying out maintenance work on the TeamsLink network infrastructure. During this time the TeamsLink Portal may be unreachable for a short duration and PSTN calling should be considered at risk.

TeamsLink Pro Agents should revert to using short dial codes for status changes:-

*0 - This will take you to the full menu

Below shows you the direct shortcuts to the menu:

*1- Log In/Log Out to Call Queue
*2- Break
*3- Busy
*4- Finish Wrap up (This option is only available when agent is in Wrap Up)
*5- To Extend Wrap up (This option is only available when agent is in Wrap Up)

Service Affected: TeamsLink Portal, inbound and outbound PSTN calling.
Anticipated Downtime: 1 hour.
