api.gridserve.com will be scaling, changing the public IP address of the instance; downtime should be minimal. The only impact is whitelisted services will need to update their public IP.

Impact: This work requires a reboot to the TeamsLink SBCs. However, as they are resilient, we don't anticipate any downtime.
Service Affected: TeamsLink Teams SBCs.
Anticipated Downtime: While no downtime is anticipated, there may be a brief period of downtime (2 minutes) if we need to revert to a previous configuration should issues occur.
